Westy's Garden Lanes - Garden City Idaho

Friday May 7th, 2010

Practice day at Westy's Garden Lanes saw most of the competitors attend even though some came late due to travel considerations. Our Host Center was extremely gracious and let the practice session continue after the official practice session ended.

Scorpion is the beastly pattern of the weekend, and is being applied with a generous volume of oil. Lanes played inside for hook players, straight players found a thin line up the track, and the lefties could get out to the edge with some success.

And now I present my amateurish videos. I have a new camera and today provided me the opportunity to turn it on for the first time. I am linking a short interview with Scot Archabal, of Boise, and defending champion here at Westy's. Also a couple of quick segments Greg Thompson Jr., Steve Stevens aka "The Lane Dude", and my ramblings on a couple things.

Thanks for looking!

Here are my first attempts at video. Hopefully they will get betterr with practice and when I learn to edit. Sorry Scot, you might have some explaining to do........

These links are giving me problems. (like you need me to tell you this)
So lets try this. Go to www.youtube.com and search my page. it is PBAsBigRick You will see the 4 videos that are listed. If anyone is a You tube professional, Help please. I copied exactly the page addresses in link form, but they wont run. This blog program wont let me paste in a link so I have to do it manually. This way you will be able to see the videos. Thanks for patience
